Meet Ms. Amiee Byers, Work-Based Learning Teacher at Canal Winchester High School. She has worked for the district for six years.
"I enjoy working with juniors and seniors on employability skills and helping connect them with opportunities to explore new career options," said Ms. Byers.
She says the best part about being part of CW Schools is working with so many teachers who are passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
Ms. Byers earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from The Ohio State University.
Amiee and her husband, Frank, have two daughters, Dalenee and Avariee. Outside of school, they love traveling and spending time with family and friends. They also have their own coffee roasting business, Curly Dog Coffee!
