Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a resident of Canal Winchester Schools calling on behalf of the district.
I’m calling to urge [Representative/Senator’s Name] to support fair funding for public schools in the state budget.
Canal Winchester Schools has not asked voters for new levies since 2009. Our district has managed funds responsibly and built a healthy reserve, but the proposed budget would freeze our funding, limit our carryover, and expand private school vouchers at the expense of public schools.
I’m asking you to:

• Keep the Fair Funding Formula so our district can receive the funding our students need.
