For the 25-26 School Year:

First Semester:

• Applications open April 14, 2025 
• Deadline to apply is May 1, 2025  
• Internal Review and Notification completed by May 12, 2025
• Students and families have until June 1, 2025, to opt out of the CW Online Academy opportunity as master schedules become finalized during the early summer.

Second Semester:

• Applications open November 17, 2025
• Deadline to apply is December 3, 2025 
• Internal Review and Notification completed by December 16, 2025
• Students and families have until December 19, 2025, to opt out of the CW Online Academy opportunity, as master schedules will be finalized over winter break.

For the 26-27 School Year:

First Semester:

• Applications open April 17, 2026
• Deadline to apply is May 1, 2026  
• Internal Review and Notification completed by May 15, 2026
• Students and families have until June 1, 2026, to opt out of the CW Online Academy opportunity as master schedules become finalized during the early summer.
