Kindergarten Enrollment

Welcome to Kindergarten at Canal Winchester Schools!

We are looking forward to welcoming the Class of 2037 to All-Day Kindergarten at Canal Winchester Schools this fall. Kindergarten students at Canal Winchester Schools attend Indian Trail Elementary, our early learning center for preschool through second grade.

Our kindergarten program is open to students who live in the Canal Winchester Local School District and will be five years of age on or before August 1, 2024.

Pre-Registration

New Kindergarten Students: Pre-registration is now open! Click here to pre-register for the 2024-2025 school year.

After you complete pre-registration and our staff reviews your information, you will get an approval email with instructions and Access Keys to complete the registration process. 

Registration:

• Once you have your approval email with instructions and Access Keys after May 28, 2024, you can complete the registration forms in Powerschool.
• During the completion of these forms, you will be directed to schedule your registration appointment* to turn in required documents. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the district. Your appointment will be at the Canal Winchester Schools Education Center, 100 Washington Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio.
