July 2026 Facilities Project Update

Exciting progress continues for the Facilities Project! Construction continues across the district, with bleacher work nearing completion and site preparation advancing for the baseball and softball complex, Performing Arts Center, and fieldhouse.
The home and visitor bleacher additions are complete, and structural inspections are finalized. Fencing installation is the last step to complete the bleacher project!
At the baseball and softball complex, the existing scoreboard has been removed, and both field demolition and tree removal and protection are now complete. Crews have begun working on the detention pond and will soon move into constructing the parking lot pad, installing foundations, and completing underground utilities to prepare the site for the next phase.
Preparation for the new Performing Arts Center is ramping up. Asphalt removal, gas line relocation, and utility surveying have all been completed. Crews are beginning work for the building pad and preparing for domestic and fire water line installation, domestic hot and cold-water valve installation, fiber optic relocations, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) rough-ins. Foundation work and storm system installation are also on the horizon.
At the future fieldhouse, tree removal and protection have been completed, while asphalt and sidewalk demolition continue. Next will be grading/earthwork and underground utilities, preparing the site for vertical construction.
