We are excited to welcome our fans to Mike Locke Stadium for Canal Winchester High School Varsity Football games this season! Join us at Mike Locke Stadium for an evening of Friday Night Lights at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 6, as the Indians take on the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we have implemented several new safety measures in collaboration with local law enforcement.

Please review the following information to help make your visit smooth and enjoyable:

Arrival:

  • Home Fans: Enter through the home gates on the northwest side of the stadium.

  • Visiting Fans: Enter through the visitor gates on the northeast side of the stadium.

  • Gates open at 6 p.m.

  • All attendees will need to pass through a weapon detector to enter.

  • Gates will close at the end of halftime—no re-entry will be allowed after this time.

Entrance Requirements:

  • Kindergarten through 8th Grade Students: Must be accompanied by an adult.

  • High School Students: Must be with an adult or show a Canal Winchester High School ID. Student IDs with photos will be distributed soon; for this week, use your pre-season ID with the Canal Winchester logo. Visiting students should present their student ID or check in with their school's administrator.

  • Adults (18+): Be prepared to show ID if requested.

  • No Bags: Bags are not permitted in the stadium.

  • Capacity: Limited to 2,000 attendees.

During the Game:

  • Seating: Canal Winchester fans will sit on the home side, and visiting fans will be on the away side.

  • Facilities: Concessions and restrooms are available on both sides.

  • Re-entry: No re-entry will be allowed.

  • Parking Lot: Loitering in the parking lot during or after the game is not permitted.

  • Law Enforcement: Officers from the Madison Township Police Department and Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office will be present.

Leaving the Game:

  • Exit Gates: Visiting fans will exit through the visitor gate and Canal Winchester fans through the home gates.

  • Departure: Please leave promptly at the end of the game; loitering is not allowed.
