Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Canal Winchester Local School District as provided in this notice for the Fuel Pump Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to Tony Schorr, Schorr Architects, Inc. at tschorr@schorrarchitects.com.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Board of Education of the Canal Winchester Local School District, ATTN: Nick Roberts, Treasurer/ CFO, 100 Washington Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110, and plainly marked on the outside “Fuel Pump Replacement Project Bid." Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time December 15, 2025, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read.
A pre-bid conference will be held on December 9, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the Board Office located at 100 Washington Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility
