Required Documents

To complete your student's registration, we will need the following documents:
  • Certified copy of the student's birth certificate
  • Proof of Residency (Current mortgage statement or lease agreement AND a current utility bill - gas, water, or electric)
  • Custody documents, if applicable
  • Special education paperwork, if applicable
  • Transcripts or latest grade card, if applicable
Copies will be made of your documents and the originals will be returned to you. If you do not have access to any of the required documents, please email the registrar or contact the Main Office at (614) 837-4533.
