The information on this page is for families of new students in kindergarten through 12th grade for the current 2022-2023 school year. Registration for new students in 1st through 12th grade for the 2023-2024 school year will begin June 1, 2023.
Pre-Registration
New 2022-2023 kindergarten-12th grade students: To begin, please complete the required pre-registration form. After you complete pre-registration and our staff reviews your information, you will get an approval email with instructions and Access Keys to complete the registration process.
Registration:
- Once you have your approval email with instructions and Access Keys, you can complete the full registration at the provided link in Powerschool (Check your approval email to access this link).
- During the completion of these forms, you will make your registration appointment* to turn in required documents. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the district. Your appointment will be at the Canal Winchester Schools Education Center, 100 Washington Street, Canal Winchester, Ohio.
