Canal Winchester Schools is a one-to-one district, providing access to a Chromebook to each student in grades K-12 to support their learning in school and at home.
The Chromebook will be issued at no cost to the student; however, you have the option to pay a protection fee. Please make sure you fully read our Chromebook Agreement form, found in back-to-school forms on PowerSchool, for important guidelines, procedures and optional protection plan fee information associated with the Chromebook.
Students bring their Chromebooks to school fully charged each day, and if they need repairs made to their Chromebooks, they should take their devices to their school’s 'Chrome Depot' for repair assessment.

There will be no standard student supply fees for the 2022-2023 school year. Some students may have fees for parking at CWHS, AP testing, an optional Chromebook protection plan, and pay to participate. School fees are paid in the payschoolscentral.com portal.
