A Message from the Principal
2016-17 School Year

Dear ITES Families,

My name is Eric Riddle and I am proud to be the new principal at Indian Trail Elementary School. I am excited about the beginning of the 2016-17 school year and meeting all of our young students and their families, and I would also like to welcome my new assistant principal, Mrs. Lea Cobb.

As we move through the school year, our staff will continue to incorporate Strategies That Engage Minds (STEM) within the classroom, focusing on more student-centered, personalized, hands-on learning opportunities for our students. Students will be challenged to identify and solve real-world problems through creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication (The 4C’s). We want all of our students to embrace challenges and overcome obstacles, and build the 21st Century Learning Skills for future success. Indian Trail will support the mission of our district, “Empowering All Students for Success”, through quality instructional practices, student learning and growth, and building relationships with students, parents, and community members.

I look forward to building a relationship with you and working collaboratively to provide a positive educational experience for your child.

Mr. Eric Riddle
